In order to get water and power to the property we needed a structure to protect the well pump and power equipment from the weather. This would be a slightly bigger project than the pumphouse and took a lot of figuring out. Initially where to place the building, and then what size it should be. There were many criteria to factor in such as power company requirements, distances to the nearest power pole and protecting the water lines from freezing.
